Computer Work At Home
As of September 2006, Internet World Stats reports that there are over 1 billion people with Internet access around the world. Interestingly, that staggering figure represents only about 17% of the world's population. Of course, in certain areas, usage as a percent of the population is much higher. For example, there are 229 million North American Internet users out of a total North American population of 331 million, which equals about 70% usage saturation.
Numbers like that are a very good sign for anyone considering doing computer work from home or desiring to earn income online. There has never been another time in history in which business people could reach the entire world as an online market from the comfort of their own homes.
Anyone with Internet access already has the basic tool needed to start his or her computer business at home – the computer itself. Beyond that, other amenities such as a printer, scanner, and fax machine will come in handy as well. Still, computer work at home can be started with the basics only and other pieces of hardware can be added as needed or as profits allow.
