Content Syndication Agreement

Hassle Free Payment Procedure
Content Syndication Agreement

This agreement is made between Comprehensive Advice .com (Creator / Provider) and Purchaser / Publisher (submitter of payment information).  It is effective when Purchaser submits payment information.

Content Provided & Delivery

Creator will provide Purchaser seven (7) questions and answers (as well as a short end-of-column blurb to be published with questions and answers) per week per column purchased.  Material will be delivered via e-mail no later than 11 PM (EST) each Friday evening for use by Purchaser any time during the following week.  (Columns may be delivered earlier in the day or week.)

First Column(s)

First column(s) will arrive by deadline on the first Friday after payment information is received by Creator.   Columns will be labeled with calendar week designation.

At any time during the term of the agreement, if extended Internet availability issues arise, such as due to a power outage, other mutually satisfactory delivery arrangements will be made.

Content Syndication Rights Granted

Creator grants Purchaser one-time, non-exclusive print rights, one-time, non-exclusive electronic rights, or a combination of both, depending on license purchased.  If a Website or Combination License is purchased, in order to exploit electronic rights to full advantage of both Creator and Purchaser, Purchaser may elect to archive any or all purchased question and answer sets on Purchaser's website for a period not exceeding four (4) weeks beyond designated column dates.  Creator retains all other rights in works including, but not limited to: reprints, copyrights, trademarks, and service marks.

Content Syndication Payment Procedure

The credit card is not charged until one week after you subscribe.  The receipt will say, "Free for the first week."  That way, you are not actually paying for the first column until after you receive it and it allows us time to make sure you receive your first column successfully before the charges begin.

Why no invoices?  Invoices have to be prepped, sent, received, processed, paid, returned, and processed again. In this digital age, we''ve decided to take advantage of the technology available to remove all the costly employee time and effort involved with invoices.

Recurring subscription billing provides truly hassle free content syndication and is a great cost-saver for both parties.
